30-60 Minute Complimentary Discovery Session
Our Discovery Session is a free 30-60 minute video chat, in-person meeting or phone call depending on your preference and busy schedule. We will get to know you and your circumstances better. Most of all, you will get to know us better and learn how we can help you.
60 Minute Coaching Session
During your 60 minute coaching sessions we will take a goal-oriented approach to your life during divorce and/or after divorce. We help with a wide variety of issues such as coping with divorce, talking to family about divorce, core values, boundaries with your ex, co-parenting skills, how to talk to your child, divorce paperwork and support, goals for the future, finding yourself again and health and wellness goals.
We offer individual sessions as well as multi-session package options.
Laser Coaching
Our 30-minute phone call sessions are for the busy individual looking for a little extra guidance and for clients who have used our coaching services that like to "check-in" for accountability post divorce.
